3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our service, including but not limited to your name, email address, and estimated monthly income.
3.2 Bank Statement Requirements
You must only upload bank statement files that you own or have legal permission to analyze. The statements must be in PDF or CSV format and cover a single calendar month to ensure accurate analysis.

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
4. Data Privacy and Security

5. Credit System and Payments

New users receive 3 free analyses. These credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5.3 Refund Policy
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable except in cases where technical issues prevent the delivery of the service.
6. Service Availability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
